Re:- Replacement of Nokia N 81-3 set IMEI-356994019724222

I Nikhi Kumar buy nokia n 81-3 mobile through MOBILE SHOP dated 04/14/09 but the phone have some problem as GPRS is NEVER ACTIVATED in this phone. I have launched a complaint to Nokia customer Care (NCC) dated (21 april jobsheet no.-339504886/090421/24) and they said that problem is solved after software update and update the software, but the problem remains persist so I again complained (dated 23 april Jobsheet no.-13253) this problem and they deliver the phone to their Head Office and return the phone after 15 days approx. BUT THE PROBLEM IS AS IT IS so i kindly request you to please take some action and CHANGED MY PHONE.
