Dear sir,
I have purchased Nokia N 81 whose IMEI no is 356994015771766 from Varun Mobile shoppe, Napier Town Jabalpur (M.P) vide Retail Invoice No.1372 dated 10-10 . When I faced the problem of slider ALLINGMENT in my set then I went to Nokia Care. They said this problem comes because of consumer use, and said that it will not be repaired. Why company is manufacturing such handsets where the problem arises.
So it is my personal request to you to take necessary action as quickly as possible.
