Poor customer service

I bought a Nokia N81-3 from a dealer in Mumbai, after using it for 3-4 months one day suddenly the screen blacked out. i took the phone to Bright Point a Nokia service center in Pheonix mills in, Mumbai. Firstly the technician told me it had liquid damage hence the warranty is void. The phone had never been in or near water, which he refused to accept. They just dont want to grant you the warranty. After getting an estimate of Rs 3450 and approving it they told me to collect the handset the next day. The next day when i called to check if its ready they told me that it will take a week more as the handset is under repair and some spare parts are not available. This is very poor customer service, after paying Nokia around Rs 15000 for the handset, we also have to put up with inconvenience caused by the handset. Nokia, Trust me this is the last handset I am buying from you, also will advice people against buying a Nokia phone.
