Nokia has replace new mobile with old one

I have given my mobile for not functioning of bluetooth in it on 6-09 but they have provided me with another mobile after 2 months time. My mobile IMEI number was 358984012496520 and they have givein me mobile whose IMEI 358984010261215 which i have also returned to them. I have also send a complained to nokia whose complaint no. is 2-3h5hdb. Even custmer care executive is not telling any thing about the phone.
