Sub: REPLACEMENT OF NOKIA MOBILE PHONE NO N82
I am grieved to bring to your notice that I had recently purchased the above noted set on 26/10, which is infested with some technical/software problems. The moment I insert 2GB Memory card in the slot the phone gets hang. Within a period of 9 moths thrice the phone was given for repair. The phone was sent for repair to your Delhi office which was delivered to me after 20 days creating lot of inconvenience to me. Can I not expect full value of my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Further to my utter surprise the same problem has again developed.
2.Please ensure that the new phone which i expecyt you to replace is problem free and that my faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
