I BELIEVED THAT MOST OF THE INDIANS ARE NOKIA USER, AND NOKIA IS THE MOST RELIABLE BRAND PRESENT IN THE MARKET.RELIABILITY, BUT THERE IS NOW A QUESTION MARK ON IT. I BAUGHT A N82 MOBILE ON 4TH OCTOBER ‘08.AFTER 15 DAYS IT'S RIGHT SPEAKER GOT OUT OF SERVICE AND ALSO THERE WAS SOME SOFTWARE RELATED PROBLEMS (THERE ARE BUBBLE LIKE SPOTS IN THE PICTURE TAKEN AT NIGHT USING XENON FLASH). I BROUGHT IT TO NOKIA CARE ON 21ST OCTOBER.THE PERSON OF NOKIA CARE SUGGESTED ME TO UPGRADE THE SOFTWARE VERSION OF THE PHONE.I AGREED WITH HIM.SO, I HANDOVER THE PHONE TO THE NOKIA CARE (COOCHBEHAR, WEST BENGAL) ON 21ST OCTOBER.AFTER MORE THAN ONE MONTH ON 24TH NOVEMBER THEY DELIVERED IT TO ME.THOUGH NEITHER THE SOFTWARE/CAMERA PROBLEM WAS SOLVED NOR THE SOFTWARE WAS UPGRADED.ALSO DUE TO NOKIA CARE’S FAULT MY NEW PHONE’S BATTERY WAS EXCHANGED WITH OTHER CUSTOMER’S BATTERY (I HAVE PROOF) WHOSE LIFETIME IS WORSE THAN MY BATTERY.THIS IS A SIGN OF NOKIA CARE’S NEGLIGENCY AND HOW MUCH CASUALLY THEY DEAL WITH CUSTOMER’S HANDSET.NOW ON 17TH DECEMBER ’08 THE SAME SPEAKER WHICH WAS REPAIRED ON PREVIOUS MONTH AGAIN GOT OUT OF SERVICE.I WENT TO NOKIA CARE AND THEY TOOK MY HANDSET FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH (THIS TIME SET ACCEPTED ON 18 DECEMBER AND TARGET DELIVERY DATE IS ON 30TH JANUARY). NOW WHAT NOKIA THINKS? AFTER BUYING A PHONE OF RS0, IS IT POSSIBLE FOR A CUSTOMER TO BRING THE PHONE TO THE NOKIA CARE AFTER EVERY 20 DAYS AND LEFT IT THERE FOR ONE MONTH FOR REPAIRING AND FACING THE NEGLIGENCY OF THE CARE (PROBLEM NOT SOLVED OR BATTERY EXCHANGE)? I THINK NOW A DAYS NOKIA PHONES ARE MADE OF WORST QUALITY COMPONENTS AND ALSO THE REPAIRING TIME IS TOO MUCH LONG (MORE THAN ONE MONTH). IF MY HANDSET IS NOT REPLACED OR PROBLEMS ARE NOT FULLY SOLVED (INCLUDING BATTERY EXCHANGE FAULT) THIS TIME, OR IF PROBLEM PERSISTS IN NEAR FEATURE I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT AGAINST NOKIA AND IT’S CARE.WHAT IS NOKIA’S SUGGESTION?
