Re:- Replacement of Nokia phone N91
iam shocked to bring to your knowledge that i have recently given my phone N91 series with 8gb inbuilt memory (one and a half year old) to nokia care gol maket near connaught place new delhi as it was desplaiyinga message " memory full delete sme data " and is infested with certain technical problems. The phone also hangs. Since i have purchased the phone at a very dear price, but when i went to collect the phone they said sorry the phone is dead and even behavedin a indecent way, ...though i have the phone in a working condition and can make a call and send the emssage... how can they just tel me that ur phone is dead... i have faith in nokia thats why without inquiring about the shop or people i just give my phone with trust on nokia brand and now iam handicap without my phone... what to do???.. plz help and Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future with other people and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted and now i expect full value for my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest.
