I have submitted my hand-set for repairs on the 31 oct with an initial power on, off, date and timming
problem. I gone to your centred DURGA COMMUNICATION (NOKIA CARE CENTER). They told me give you a new handsets because your handsets never repaired. I agreed this condition.when i gone service center 10 NOV they was giving me a old and repaired (BAD CONDITION) handset and out of warranty this IMEI NO. is 359542010092748 but i am not satisfied this replace sets. Then i complaited of NOKIA CARE LINE EXECUTIVE he told me give you a NEW HANDSETS NOKIA N95 8GB in 7 days. My NOKIA CARE LINE EXECUTIVE compt. no. is 2-3IGAA9 and my job sheet no. is 398434038/081031/29 and my handsets IMEI NO. is 359542010068326.when i gone DURGA COMMUNICATION (NOKIA CARE CENTER) 126 mall road kingsway camp they not give me new handsets.
However – the least I expect – is to have the centre head – come up and face your clients and listen to them.
Can I expect some sort of response to my problem…
