I bought a New N95 8GB on 10-11.I had some problems with my slider as it was very loose and my keys were not able to be pressed properly so i submited my mobile to Nokia care HCL in Anna salai at chennai. They told me that it will take three days for servicing intially.
Then after three days they found out it to be component problem and asked me to wait till the component arrives and after 15 days they told that i ll will be given a swap in by 06-11.But still i didnt get mobile. I have an emergency now that i need to have my mob since i ll be flying to Uk the next week and thats tthe main reason why i bought this mob. Very very poor customer service.
