I have submitted my hand-set for repairs on the 24th July with an initial display problem. However later on (upon checking) it was reported that this problem was due to liquid logging and my warranty stands revoked. I came to your centre and the set was shown to me and I stood convinced to bear the charges announced to me.
After several follow-ups I was informed that the display problem persists and now the set has to be sent to the head office. On 10th August I received an SMS that the set has been repaired – so I came to your centre – only to realize that display problem continues to stay.
I now wait anxiously, when I’ll be receiving the set.
I see a definite disconnect some where and it is only centre like you who can make that difference by reporting the issue to the concerned personnel – to look into these delays and come up with solutions.
These high end set are advertised as virtual mobile office – and you will agree that with increasing dependence on the NOKIA technology – your clients get greatly inconvenienced and their work suffers when their mobiles go down for such delayed repairs.
Either it is a manpower issue or spare part issue – you have to look into your problems – and you are best equipped to do so also. However – the least I expect – is to have the centre head – come up and face your clients and listen to them.
Can I expect some sort of response to my problem…
