Poor service

I, BISWAJIT JANA PURCHASED A NOKIA GSM HANDSET MODEL NO N95 8GB ON DATED 20.10.2008. ONE FINE MORNING ON 06.07.2009 I SAW THAT THE LCD IS TOTALLY BLANK. I IMMEDIATELY REPORTED THE NOKIA CARE ON THE SAME DATE.

THEY RECEIVED THE HANDSET AND TOLD ME THAT THE HANDSET WILL BE SEND TO DELHI HEAD OFFICE FOR REPAIR.

AFTER 21 DAYS THEY GET BACK MY MOBILE ASSURING THAT LCD WILL BE CHANGED AND IT WILL WORKS PROPERLY.

JUST AFTER 1 (ONE) DAY THE SAME PROBLEM IS ARISE AND THE LCD IS BECOME BLACK.

MY QUESTION IS THAT, AM I GO FOR LEGAL ACTION OR SOMETHING ELSE FOR THE POOR SERVICE OF NOKIA CARE/ NOKIA COMPANY?
