Not able to replace the board

I have purchased Nokia N95 in the year2007. After one year my phone did not booted. I have tried to change the softwares. The service people told that it is hardware problem board has to changed inorder to boot. But the company is not supplying the boards for N95. I was told that i have to purchase new phone only. How can a customer buy new phone within one year of period for want of board. Action has to taken to get boards for my N95
