I bought Nokia N95 on Mrach 08 and after 3 months i was facing the backlight problem. I submitted my handset on 11th July 08 but time of return the problem was not solved. i again submittd my handset and they return the faulty handset again. I agin submitted (3rd time) and that time executive told me that it may be replaced but now its almost a month and i didn't receive the replacement. Please advise. What can i do?
