Sir,

I do not know whethr my complaint will be taken in the right way or not but even though for my own satisfaction I am writing this to you..

My son purchased a Nokia mobile N96 in November, 08 from The Mobile Store in Nanganallur. While selling the mobile we were offered a 1000 promoses and wonderful services etc. It was a fantastic mobile and he was taking care of it so well but unfortunatley it fell down on to a water container. We took this mobile to the shop we purchased and the way the lady reacted was too disgusting. The moment I told her about the complaint she said we cannot do anything you have to go to the service centre directly which will take long time and lot of money shoud be spent etc.. etc.. To my knowledge when the customer comes with a complaint it should be received in proper manner and try giving them a good solution, on the other hand the lady was acting so commanding and she was not even ready to take the mobile in her hand. She even said since tomorrow and day after tomorrow is Saturday and Sunday, she asked me to bring the mobile on Monday. I have to walk at least 10km or take an auto to reach the mobile store which I explained to her but she did not even care to this.

I request you take proper action on this issue, if needed I can come to the Store. i hope you can understand my feelings.
