Dear Mr. Manager,
This is to inform you that i have purchased nokia n96 from planet m gip mall noida with imei no 35486302344104.
And with in 4 months from the purchase the set is being presented to nokia care centre 4 time for same problem of key not working properly, this shows the quality of your most expensive product in India.
And every time when i recieved the phone back it was full of scratches, loose slider, dust particles in the screen etc.
This shows the quality of service nokia offers at thier repair centre.
Now again i have the same problem.
Now what are my options, i am forced to file a case against nokia india.
It seems that if some one is buying a nokia product then he is automatically appointed on a job with no wage and work is to keep on visint nokia care center every 20 days to get the brand new handset repaired.
