I regret to inform that i had bought

N96

from

Jindal Communication, Kolkata vide Bill No. 2967

dated 26/11/208. Soon after it developed locks up and

not responding. Now none of the south languages

were appearing in the instrument. We have been

making rounds to your NOKIA care centres with no use.

Recently your care centrevide jopb sheet no.

270504886/090728/8 (citytel services) dated

28/07 has taken to rectify but returned back without

rectifying duly mentioning that it can not render any service.
