POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE

I HAVE PURCHASED MY NOKIA N96 ON 26NOV08 FROM HOTSPOT MOBILES AND MORE, NEW DELHI.IT STARTSHOING BLANK DISPLAY AND GIVEN FOR REPAIR ON 17NOV09 TO NOKIA CARE M/S SAFVIZ XPERTS AT SRINAGAR WITH JOB SHEET NO.218433527/09/1119/3.I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT SPARES FOR REPAIRS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.WHATS THE USE OF SERVICE CENTER, IF IT DOESN"T HAVE REQUISITE SPARES? AND HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT? I EXPECT SENIOR EXECUTIVE TO LOOK IN TO IT.
