Horrible service

hope to find you in best of terms regarding your health and pray to the ALMIGHTY for the same.

but dear,

why you people are trobling me,

sir/ madam

i had brought a mobile N97 of your company NOKIA, from M/S BANSAL TELECOM, ROHINI, DELHI.

i was using HTC before it became old so wish a new phone and ny brother using N90 was very happy so he ask me to prefered to buy this phone (MY FIRST WRONG DESISION).

now the very next day i had to go back to the shopkeper for complaint they took the set and told us thats a manufacturing fault and you will get the new set against that in 2days,

now after 2days i called them then they said again next i went on next day then they said next day again the same on next day,

today they said it will take 3days more ..

i asked them to give componies number they had given me one number saying he is the distributer,

now he says a new story that we will get the set after 10days, stating thats a company problem,

I DONT BLEAVE THAT SUCH A GOOD COMPANY HAD GONE SO DOWN THAT THEY REPLACE THE MOBILE IN 5DAYS,

I EXPEXTED NOKIA I S A VERY GOOD COMPANY...

BUT SOORY TO SAY I WAS HAPPY WITH HTC

I HAD BEEN F... TAKING A NOKIA PHONE.

I AM USING MY COUSION PHONE BUYING A NOKIA BEST PHONE.

YOU CAN IMAGINE MY POSITION.
