Replacement of Nokia 5220 Xpress Music

Since the date of purchase the handset had issues with the loudspeaker, camera, USB, Auto Switch off and hanging problem. I’ve given the phone 4 times at Nokia customer care. When I have given it for the third time they assured me that they would replace the repaired handset with a new one. However, to my surprise they offered me the same old handset. When the handset was sent for the 4th time to Delhi they replaced the mother board. Even after this there are problems with the handset i.e while taking photo the phone is hanging and data is not transfereing while connecting USB. It’s a very sour experience for a customer who choose the best brand in the market and invested a good amount of money. The handset was at the service centre (Nokia customer care) for almost 3 - 4 months and still is.
