Delay in delivery of mobile after service

Sir,

I purchased NOKIA-5610 13th of April. there has been a delay of more than 3 weeks in returning my mobile back and no proper response was given when enquired to the nokia care centre to which i handed over the mobile for service. I reuest you to take necessary action and get my mobile back at the earliest.
