Nokia care does not repairing my mobile handset

I have bought my mobile nokia 6085 on 15 june from mumbai now it give problem of booting so nokia care is doing unsophisticate solution that last 25 days i am facing problem.

i have given this in Nokia care lower parel branch mumbai.

they are not solving my problem
