I purchased the handset on 2nd July. I started facing problems while operating the phone like phone rebooting/restarts while using, display flikering, not reading the memory card, speed started slowing down, getting hanged up. I submitted my handset at NOKIA care on 12th Dec (job sheet no. 495434038/081212/4) and after that did not receive any response from them even after continuous follow ups. Further I had also logged a complaint at customer care [ complaint no. 2-3njjj3].
On 31st Dec i.e. after 19 days they confirmed that the handset is fine and i can collect the same. When I went their and checked the phone it had the same problem for which they said they were not able to detect the reason earlier and asked me to collect my handset in 2 days time. When I had a talk with them after 2 days, they gave me some estimated which is not acceptable as i submitted the handset well within 6 months of purchase (therefore co. should bear all kind of cost). I had to reopen by complaint at customer care because there was no further response from their side.
Finally I got my handset on 24th of January i.e 43 days from the date I submitted my handset. All the problems I was facing at the time of submitting the handset are still there. I am fed up with this kind of service and response. Kindly do the needful on this and take necessary action.
