Phone slow, Phone battery weak

I Have bought a nokia 7210 supernova, the phone is very slow, and battery backup is of poor quality otherwise the phone is sleek, and gorgeous in looks, and really for me looks do kill and after using this phone I do believe that all that glitters is not gold.
