I am one of your customer and would like to bring my issue for your action.
AS I bought nokia 3120 classic on 17/09/08, but after some time my phone starting to show blank display many times. I didn’t see numbers of my callers . so. I submitted it nokia care, jaipur. your executive told me tat ir will be ok in 2days but I recieved my mobile after 2 days but after some time I have to faced same problem. Then I went again to nokia care, they again told me it, ll be ok in 2-3 days and i received it after 3 days but again after some time I have to faced same problem. what can i do. I again went to nokia care, they told me, it have to send delhi head office, it’ll be ok in 15 days but they gave me my mobile after one month but after some time my showing same problem.it is third time repeat.
My simple question is that, is it crime to bought nokia mobile, is there no responsibility of company to secure his customer for this kind of problem. Now I can’t see phone numbers of my callers.
I don’t think it’s difficult to provide coverage to customer in such case when customer is genuine after your enquiry because company have good brand name. All necessary details like job sheet no., bill copy provide you laterwhen you required. please try swap my mobile.
