I am working in UAE i got message from 2347085720112 and they asked me to send id details to claim the winning prize of 182, 000, 00 GB pounds and they asked for delivery fee to send through western union then they will proceed your winning draft

like to know is this genuine lottery. Still i am not sure about it so, i dont want lose my courier fee unless it is true.
