Dear sir/madam,
i gave my mobile for service in Perambur Joycell and they sent to the head office named bright point no, 21, white hall first floor Greams road, thousand light Chennai on august first week and they told it has the non curable problem and they send for replacement and after 20 days they gave me a used mobile by some other when i asks they told that was their fault and they will replace a new mobile and after a week when i call them they are not giving me a right response and they talking to me in a rubbish manner and when i asks when it will be replaced they are not telling a perfect date and when i asks again the same problem of sending old mobile will not be repeated again they are telling we are not in charge for what mobile coming from Delhi will be given to us, the name of that person is Ravindran, he is making me fool for nearly 2 months and they are not repairing or replacing correctly instead they are simply playing and giving the wrong information, so kindly make the necessary action to replace me a new mobile with in a week any how it as already taken 2 months . even after this i am not getting the right response means i will take this issue to a higher range.
