I am one of the Nokia mobile users for the past 5 years. All my family members are using only Nokia mobiles and I also recommended my friends & colleagues to go for Nokia.
I had trust on it before but not now… I am sorry to say that…. Because you people made me to do so.
I am really Sorry to say that I lost all my confidence and faith with NOKIA..

I m using NokieN73 Music Edition past 3 years, But last 6months i am facing battery backup problem, after I have taken new Battery also I faced back-up prb. I went NOKIE care center Nigidi Pune, i gave my handset to Care peoples his name Ramakanth, he told me that for this hand set we need to update software they chares for software updating 300/-RS.After S/w updation of my hand set was faced same prb. Again I visited NOKIA care, I gave it to Nokia care peoples they kept my handset 15 days. After 15 days they gave me my cell, for battery back-up purpose they done something with my cell, when I was insert my SIM card to my cell, my cell was not received any signal. I asked to Ramakanth they simply told me that this is your cell prb I can’t do anything, this is Mather board prb, it’s not Repairable.
For battery back-up purpose NOKIE care peoples done something with my cell Result is cell is not received any signal. I m not happy with Nokie care, without received any signal how can use my hand set.
