Re:- network problem with discharge in battery
This is with regret i have to inform you that my set has developed problems the day it was purchased from Reliance WebWorld, Bhubaneswar. After some days my set working with network problem, so i have meet your nokia care centre sahid nagar and submit this mobile for rectifying, but their staffs told me that this product is new and testing prroduct only and no solution for networking problem. But after that a new problem with my set that is battery discharge. If i charge it then after some time it is turn off automatically and after the charges are no longer time.
I am sure that a faulty set has been given to me and i have lost the trust in the current handset. The Product code is 054896906081374, Type RM-307, FCC ID: QMNRM-307.
Since i have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to solve the problems in the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
