SUB: NON CREDIT OF CHEQUE: NE AIRMEN DOD: 31 AUG

BANK OF INDIA A/C No.25593 of HAJIPUR

1. Reference is made to Letter No. CAO/10801/1/Accts/XI/E- dated 04 Aug and CAO/10103/698308/08/NEAS dated 12 March of Air Force Central Accounts Office, Subroto Park, New Delhi-110010.

2. I have the honour to request that the cheque bearing Sl. No.747398 dated 17th Mar for Rs.34556/- issued at PAR by CANARA BANK in favour of me has not been credited to my above mentioned A/C however I have been confirmed that the captioned cheque is cleared by AFCAO's banker (Canara Bank- Subroto Park, New Delhi-10) on 05 May.

3. I have visited to my banker (Bank of India-Hajipur, Vaishali, Bihar) and confirmed the same however the bank is not in receipt of any cheque from AFCAO-Subroto Park, New Delhi as confirmed by letter no. HJP/KKS/08-09 dated 30 July of Bank of India-Hajipur in reply of my email sent to my banker.

4. I have further lodged a complaint with my banker (Bank of India- Hajipur) stating an earliest resolution against resolving the issue by the application dated 14 Aug 09.

5. On enquiry, the CANARA BANK branch of Hajipur has clarified that the cheque has been cleared by Subroto Park branch on 05 May however they confirmed that it seems that the amount is credited into some anonymous capital account of the banker which is due for credit but not credited to the beneficiary (Akhilesh Kumar Bank of India A/C No.25593) or the cheque might have reached directly to the Canara Bank, Subroto Park, New Delhi.

6. I, Akhilesh Kumar being the prime beneficiery of the A/C No.25593 held with Bank of India-Hajipur have done a lot of communication with the Zonal Manager-Patna, Bank of India and escalated the same to the Dypt General Manager, Star House, Mumbai for an early solution.

7. Till the date no confirmation of credit is received and I am mentally as well as physically suffering for the same.
