My connection was down for almost a week before 30 december when i registered my first complaint.i waited this long because i thought it was due to the fibre optic cable breakdown shown on the news.after three more complaints and no responce today (10 january) i called them up and told them to send someone over by the end of the day or i would disconnect the line rather than pay them for nothing.after all an unlimited line doesn come cheap at 1200 a month!! within 2 hours a man was at my place to collect the money. prompt this time! what more can i say?
