I am sanjeev kumar from Dharamkot distt. Moga. I am an handicap person that i have to open an account in PNB branch Dharamkot to recieve my pension given by Govt. when i go to Bank the employee of bank told me that there is no staff come after 7-8 days. please help me to open account.
