I m a resident of delhi. And having 2 years of AMC.Thrice my machine has got the same problem in a year Two times i got a quick response from ther company. But third time they have irritated me. A harrowing experience to have a product of such a shit company. NO one is coming to rectify the problem. Thrice I talked to Mr. Burman whose number was given by the centralised complaint centre. But no solution.

these things should be taken up in the consumer court, then only these people understand.
