Stray dogs

I am a resident of wz 28 phase 1om vihar uttam nagar delhi 110059, there r many dogs who are bothering us seriously as they used to bark very loud during night hours and keeping fighting with each other and this has become their daily routine so it has become impossible to get sleep peacefully, i request to mcd to please take quick action on this matter
