DOGS IN VASANT VIHAR, THANE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I dont know to whom i should write. We have lots of stray dogs in our compound - GARDEN ENCLAVE, INSIDE VASANT VIHAR, POKHRAN ROAD 2, Thane West. Municipal authorities seem hard to contact. Please advise how we can take action on this as all our kids are in danger of being bitten by these aggressive dogs.
