NON RECEIPT OF MONEY
RS.4000 EXCESS DEBITED

Dear sir,

My name is R.Arulprakasam, I am a ICICI debit card holder. My ICICI A/C NO.IS 005601025746. Debit card no.4213950056009336. I have drawn Rs.4000 on 1.4.09 at 7.30. pm. But after withdrawal my balance is shown Rs.8000 less than the available balance. That is Rs.4000 excess debited.

Pl. check the same and arrange to refund the excess deduction of Rs.4000.00.

I have drawn at PNB ATM AT INDIRA NAGAR, BANGALORE.
