Non Receipt of PAN Card
Non receipt of PAN Card

Sir,

I have submiteed form No. 704015489 for correction in my PAN details with PAN card as a enclosure on 20 May 08. My PAN No. is AYSPK8351J. In earlier issue of PAN Card my father's name was printed wrong. So, I applied for that But till now I have not received my renewed PAN Card.

Please search the details and forward my PAN Card as soon as possible for that I will be thankfull to you.
