I had applied for fresh passport on 08.07.2011 under normal category and till date the status is "post police verification report required.file under process" but the police verification was also completed duing 2nd week of August. When enquired the lady in the second floor behaved so very arrogantly and she was so rude and treated us as if we were her servants. I could not find out anything about my passport and i do not know whether i will get it or not. That lady has to be sued for her irrational behaviour.application no MASA02530811.
