Mis behavior of your staff at dumdum post office

non receipt of: EW 125316091 IN

I regrate to inform you that your staff at the DUMDUM post office (KOLKATA) has MISHAVED with me.actually i was supposed to collect my document from the said office. they have dropped one intimation letter in my letter box dated 18.04.09 stating that i should collect my documents from the said office with 6days time mentioned is 1 pm to 3.30pm (this timing whoever have set is an insense, reterded person because anyone who is working for him/her is not possible to go during this time). i called the concerned postoffice twice for the said article they assured me that it is with them. today (24.04.09) i took halfday from my office and went to collect the same from this office there i came to know that it has gone back somewhere. according to them they have calculating 6days from 18th. when i charged them how can they count from 18th at that time two person particularly the deliver person and the Head start ed mishaving with me. i aslso lost me temper. once the hesd admitted that by mistake they have send it back. again when i charged them then he said that he had not said anything of that sort and they are right i am wrong and not a gentle lady.my point was if the letter is issued on 18th then how come they are counting from 18th and inbetween they had sunday also. at this point the deliver person asked me very rudely and nastly that so far what was i doing and bloody job do i do? this is a way of talking? these two particular person are just a black spot for your organisation.they just refused to give me any information about my documents and the whole office stood by their side and being a single lady i felt insecure and left the place. they told me that i can make a complaint and that will not going to harm them anyway. they are too reluctant to give service. they just for got that we pay tax that is why they are able to get their salary.

anyway without dragging this any further i would appriate if necesaary steps are taken against these two persons.

Now i am just clueless from where could i get them document of my back.

please help me!
