Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked for a refill on 18-10 and the agency informed me that the same will be delivered within two days. but so far not delivered and getting irresponsible and manners less reply from the agency. They are not at all attending phone calls and sometimes we are forced to hold the call for long time. We fed up with the support we are getting from this agency.
Please let us know whether the customers like me is like me is getting a favour from them. I am writting this mail as fed up with the support we are getting from them
Please go thru this complaint and do the needful to take necessory steps to reduce in future
