My name is GIRISH CHANDER r/o E-9/17 33 foota road, dayalpur, delhi -110094.

I have submitted many times FORM-6 of my wife and myself both manually and internet even once time from ward No.69 mustafabad ELECTION OFFICE officer called me on my mobile and visited there with my photos and all other relevant document I paste the photos on your proforma and signed all the documents required by you but there is no result, till date I am waiting for my voter I-Card, Please advise me.
