Not recievd PAN Card

Sir,

I had applied for a PAN card on October month. when I enquired about my application status I have informed that the card has been delivered to me on 6th December by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd. with bill no ZB6222687 and the PAN card number is CCGPS-1609R but till date I have not received.

please solve my problem soon.i'll be very thankful to you
