Not responding of customer care-reg

Good morning sir,

I am subscriber of BSNL cellone. My cell number is 9444529357.

I have connectivity since 3 years. I call customer care number 9400024365 to change my plan from EXCEL GENERAL PLAN to EXCEL SARAL PLAN.But they are giving proper response to me. So, please verify this problem and give soletion for my problem.
