This to complaint against hindu shopping for not being able to deliver a novel book Two States by Chetan Bhagat. I placed the order on 1 Nov. The order no. 46777.
The status of the order shows shipped on 2 Nov. But i have still not received the book.
On calling customer care multiple time their response is that they are following it up. I have raised ticket (CNT00375510716653) also, but no response till now. I have made many shoppings from hindu shopping but never faced such an incident
