Non receipt of PAN Card

PAN card pending since 3 months

I had sent in my PAN card for address update NSDL and it is pending with them since the past three months as of this January. On contactting them, they do not even have a reason on why is it taking this long and when will it be issued. My PAN no. is AAHPL0977C and the same was applied on 29/09.

I would appreciate if someone can help me escalate and expedite this matter on priority.
