I have applied for pan card online.i have filled all the details in the online application form and it has been accepted and i have posted the printed application along with dd of 96 rupees. i have also sent the address proof and identity proof
i have received mail that my application contain a prefix before my name and i was asked to resubmit and post the application again quoting the same reference number (881010105499414) which will cost me rs 100 .
so amailed them toremove the prefix and prepare my pan card which they are not willing to do.
so i reuest you to take neccessary action so the i will get my pan without additional cost

i have already sent the dd to you
to reaaply i have to apply again and get a new dd and post u again
icant do all this
u please remove the prefix and make my pan card
dont complicate the simple things
