Non recipt of PAN CARD

Dear sir,

i have applied for PAN CARD on 8th April and acknowledgement is 881010103637252.however, evenafter more than 3 month and sending e-mails and talking to call centre executives on several occasions (one ms.harshada and another ms.minal), the PAN CARD is still awaited.the plea given for delay is that my payment status is being ascertained. i have twice sent the statement of account through fax, showing debit of Rs.67 on 11th April to call centre . i have also send a complaint to sri gagan rai m.d.&c.e.o.of ndsl but nothing has been done so far. now, i have no option but to seek information under Right To Information Act 2008.
