Didn't received my PAN card

Hi,

My acknowledgement # 881010103355653

I am Abdul Jameel staying in Chennai. Presently i am working in HCL Technologies. I applied for my PAN card through online (NSDL) before 5 months. I posted all the documents to Mumbai. i issued cheque (axis bank) for Rs 67 (sixty seven rupees only) and dropped it in HDFC.Eventhough it got cleared i didn't received my PAN card. please do the needful.
