Erratic LPG Supply

I have an INDANE LPG connection No. PT-5462.

The LPG supply by Numdeepmala Enterprises - Sector 16, Chandigarh is extremely erratic and is causing

a lot of harassment to the consumers. It usually

takes more than a fifteen days and umpteen phone calls and visits to their office before they supply

LPG cylinder. Just to give one instance, I have booked LPG on January 7 (Booking No. 140) and

have already made more than five phone calls and also a visit to their sector 16 office but am still waiting

for the cylinder after EIGHTEEN days today on January 25. I can't remember an instance when

Numdeepmala Enterprises supplied me an LPG cylinder before fifteen days and without

a lot of persuasion, phone calls and visits to their office.
