Dear Sir, I think you should make it clear that O2 and O2 Wireless are not the same firm. Whilst in Florida I bought a £25 top up card, which I could not add to my mobile. The shop where I bought the voucher would not return my money.

On returning home I went to O2 shop to complain and found that The name O2 is the name for two uncompatable firms. I feel that you should make this known to all customers going to America, so that they do not loose money.
