My name is Sachin Y Patgave and I was working with Oberoi Multimedia Limited as an Accounts Executive, but due to no salary on time & tremendous pressure i left the organisation on 26.11.2008.
From last two years after continuous follow also they have not given my salary as well as my Provident Fund whenever i ask them the only reason they are giving is your provident form is being processed & salary they will give in next month i am totally harrassed with them.
Please suggest me what I have to do now
